Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: your email, name and sign-in details (including Google sign-in if you use it).
• Documents: files you upload and the text read from them.
• Chats: project names, unit numbers, your questions and the AI's answers.
• Payments: bKash Transaction IDs, amounts and dates. We never receive your bKash PIN.
• Usage: upload and message counts and AI usage, used to apply plan limits and manage costs.

2. How we use it

Only to run SiteLog: answering your questions, enforcing plan limits, verifying payments, sharing groups you choose to share, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. AI processing

To answer a question, the relevant document text and conversation are sent to our AI provider (currently OpenAI). Under the provider's business terms this data is not used to train their models.

4. Who can see your data

• Only you, plus anyone you explicitly share a document group with (read-only).
• The SiteLog administrator can see account, plan, payment and storage-size information to run the service and verify payments.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure cloud servers with encrypted connections and access rules that keep each account's data separate.

6. Retention and deletion

Chats in Trash are permanently deleted after 30 days. Documents are deleted when you remove them. To delete your whole account and data, contact the administrator.

7. Your rights

You can view, download and delete your chats and documents in the app, and ask us to correct or delete your account information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will show the new date above.
