SiteLog

Terms of Service

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms govern your use of SiteLog. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What SiteLog does

SiteLog lets you upload project documents (manuals, specifications, drawings) into document groups and ask questions about them in chat. The AI assistant only retrieves information from the documents in the selected group. If the answer is not in your documents, it will say so.

2. Not a substitute for professional judgement

  • Answers are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong, even when sources are shown. Always check the original document before acting.
  • SiteLog is not responsible for site decisions, installations, repairs, safety incidents, delays or losses that result from relying on an answer.
  • Follow applicable safety rules, manufacturer instructions and local regulations at all times.

3. Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; do not share login details — use the sharing feature instead.

4. Your documents

  • You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give SiteLog permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
  • Only upload documents you have the right to use and share.
  • Do not upload illegal, harmful or malicious content.

5. Plans and limits

The Free plan includes 3 document uploads and 15 chat messages, without sharing. Pro includes 50 uploads in total, unlimited messages and read-only sharing with up to 2 people; extra sharing seats are charged per month. Limits and prices may change with notice.

6. Payments (bKash)

  • Pro and extra seats are paid in advance for 30-day periods by sending the amount by bKash and submitting the Transaction ID.
  • Your plan activates after we verify the payment. Wrong or unverifiable Transaction IDs will be rejected.
  • Payments are non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where the law requires otherwise or we made an error.
  • If you don't renew, your account returns to Free and shared access is removed. Your documents and chats are kept.

7. Sharing

When you share a document group, the people you invite can read its documents and chat with them, but cannot change them. You can remove access at any time.

Each seat is for one person at a time. To allow genuine team or contractor changes, each seat may be given to a new person at most once every 30 days. Rotating email addresses to get around seat limits is not allowed.

8. Deleting content

Deleted chats stay in Trash for 30 days and are then permanently removed. Deleted documents and groups are removed immediately.

9. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or try to bypass limits.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Questions: contact the SiteLog administrator.
